UNIVERSAE creates UNIVERSAE Cybersecurity Lab, a unique space in Spain for cyber risk training

Cybersecurity has become a major priority for both businesses and institutions. In this sense, the National Institute of Cybersecurity (INCIBE), arranged in 2021, more than 109,000 incidents of cyber-security, which highlights the importance of having not only with tools to combat this type of attack, if not of qualified professionals that allow them to insulate themselves to this type of situation.

Ante esta realidad, UNIVERSAE – el centro educativo con la mayor oferta formativa de FP del mercado- ha creado UNIVERSAE Security Lab, a technology incubator that is unique in Spain due to its size and number of technological tools that allow students to practise all the possible scenarios that could be found in a cyber attack is real. In this way, the institution is positioned at the forefront of the industry with a service company that will help to train cybersecurity professionals of the future.

Las instalaciones, situadas en la sede de UNIVERSAE en San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid), cuentan con 400 m2 distribuidas en dos salas diferenciadas. Por una parte, el laboratorio forense en el que los alumnos podrán investigar y analizar todo tipo de escenarios reales susceptibles de crearse ante un ataque cibernético y una sala hacking en la que los estudiantes viven de manera simulada ataques cibernéticos en tiempo real.

Así, de una manera práctica y en un entorno 100% realista, los alumnos de UNIVERSAE reciben formación con las técnicas más novedosas de ciberseguridad ofensiva y defensiva, adaptándose a las continuas actualizaciones que surgen en el mundo digital, al tiempo que hacen uso de los softwares más avanzados y un conjunto de herramientas de última generación únicas en nuestro país.

Actualmente en España no existe una iniciativa que aúne el nivel de innovación, la variedad de herramientas tecnológicas y la posibilidad de practicar en entornos reales simulados en caso de ciberataque que ofrece UNIVERSAE Cybersecurity Lab”.

In addition to all the tools and facilities, UNIVERSAE (has a faculty team that only formed by some of the leading professionals of the sector with extensive experience and knowledge of the different branches of cyber security and capable of transmitting the necessary concepts for the students, after the completion of his training, to ensure the cybersecurity of the most important companies in the sector.

UNIVERSAE is the educational center with the largest vocational education programmes in the market by offering more than 50 recognised by the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training. The company develops a model of training disruptive and unique based on an educational ecosystem virtual integrates technology-immersive, activities gamificadas and 3D simulations.
