UNIVERSAE sponsors the first European Short Futsal Championship

One of the major aspirations of people with achondroplasia is now a reality thanks to UNIVERSAE. The higher institute of Professional Training is sponsoring the first European Football Championship Hall of short Stature of the story, which gave the kick off this Friday morning. National teams participants, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Germany, and Argentina —as set invitation by winning the America's Cup— played games in Mazarrón. The winner, who wins the crown and the honor of being the first country to hold the title of european football hall of stature, will be known on Sunday, the day on which it is played to the end.

El instituto superior de Formación Profesional muestra de esta forma su apoyo a las personas con acondroplasia, un trastorno que provoca que los huesos no crezcan al ritmo que les corresponde. Lo hace a través de uno de los elementos más vertebradores que existen en una sociedad: el deporte. No en vano, los propios jugadores de la selección española llevan años detrás de esta iniciativa, que solo ahora han logrado que se convierta en toda una realidad.


UNIVERSAE ha resultado fundamental para llevarlo a cabo y Susana Sempere, presidenta de la Asociación Nacional para Problemas de Crecimiento, quiso dejar constancia de ello. “Todo mi agradecimiento a UNIVERSAE, un instituto de Formación Profesional con vocación internacional, que lo ha hecho posible”, explicó ante el entregado público.
